Scope
Excavation of tunnel top: to expose walls for tunnel repairs, followed by full replacement of tunnel top, tunnel and underground piping
Exterior Waterproofing
Installation: 2 each, 14″ underground chilled water lines
Backfill and Flatwork Repairs: pavement, concrete curbs, sidewalks, topsoil, hydroseeding, and irrigation repairs
