Scope
Phase 1 – Installation: new indoor rail unloading stations, chemical distribution piping, a series of pumps & tanks designed to transfer chemicals
to individual totes & drums
Phase 2 – Tank Farm Construction: new outdoor tanker loading/unloading stations, 30,000-gallon storage tanks, and an intricate network of
pumps & piping to manage a wide-range of chemicals—from highly corrosive acid & caustics to flammable solvents
The piping systems were constructed using various materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, Fiberglass, PVDF, HDPE, PTFE-lined steel, and
polypropylene, ensuring durability and compatibility with the diverse chemical compositions
