Titan Mechanical is committed to creating a workplace that is safe, healthy and injury-free. Our employees are our most valuable assets, and their safety and health is our first priority. Safety is essential to all business functions and is never compromised under any circumstance. Every employee has a responsibility to maintain our work environment including reporting hazards and working toward preventing accidents.

Titan Mechanical employees have a minimum 10 Hour OSHA safety training with lead supervision having a 30 hours of OSHA training. Titan Mechanical currently has a .47 EMR (Experience Mod Rate) rating. The industry average is 1.0 and anything below that means your company is considered safer than most.

Titan Mechanical is part of the Northwest, OH MOST program meaning all employee are drug tested on an annual basis and random drug tests per the MOST program.

Union & Association Memberships

Titan Mechanical staff consists of union employees. We employee General Foremen to first year apprentices.

Titan Mechanical employs from Local 50 of The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry. These union members go through a 5 year apprenticeship program, continuing education and certification and recertification classes.

Titan Mechanical also employs from Local 1090 Millwrights Pile Drivers. These union members are trained in installation of machinery precision alignment powerhouse maintenance.

Titan Mechanical is a member of the Mechanical Contractors Association (MCAA). We have received the MCAA Safety Certificate of Commendation for multiple years.
