Scope
Installation: New Central Rooftop and associated duct work shafts to each floor, and exhaust fans at both ends.
Additional Dorm Upgrades: Fire Alarm System, Chilled Water Upgrades, General Trades Upgrades to Central Rooms.
Additional Information: This project was completed in the three summer months when the dorm was unoccupied. Titan completed the project on time with thorough planning and precise execution, making it available for use for the Fall Semester.
