With over 30 years in the mechanical industry, John Gray has built a reputation for hard work, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence. As President of Titan Mechanical Inc., John leads by example—whether it’s rolling up his sleeves on a job site or guiding strategic decisions in the boardroom.

He’s known for his dedication, often joking that he’s always worked “half days”—which, in his world, means 12-hour days. That relentless drive has helped Titan Mechanical grow into a trusted name in the industry, delivering quality and reliability on every project.

John’s leadership philosophy is simple: lead by example. He believes that integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic start at the top. Beyond the business, John is married to his beautiful wife, Jane, for over 30 years. Together, they’ve raised four amazing children and recently welcomed their first grandchild—a role John proudly claims is his best title yet.

When they’re not working, John and Jane enjoy traveling, cheering on their favorite teams at college football games on Saturdays, exploring wineries, and visiting Amish Country for its charm and traditions.

Amanda Fox

Controller

Amanda Fox

Controller

I’m the Controller in an office full of men, which means I’m fluent in spreadsheets, sports talk and pretending not to hear questionable jokes. After work, I head home to my husband and two boys, where the chaos continues—usually involving lacrosse gear, flag football plays, and someone yelling “Hey Mom!” every 14 seconds. I’m a graduate from Bowling Green State University.  I’ve been married for 20 years, which means I’ve truly mastered patience, selective hearing, and the art of nodding like I understand what he really does at his job. When I’m not outside trying to master the new, unnecessarily complicated rules of four square (pretty sure my childhood version was just… square), I’m mediating the very serious OSU vs. Michigan rivalry that my younger son has fully committed to. He has chosen the wrong side… Go Bucks!  I also moonlight as a Disney vacation planner, which really should count as a professional certification. Thankfully, I’m one of four sisters—my built-in support group, therapy team, and meme suppliers—who keep me sane.

David Lehman

Project Manager

David Lehman

Project Manager

David Lehman has been a pipefitter for 26 years, long enough to know that blueprints lie and deadlines are optimistic. Meticulous to a fault and stubborn enough to argue with a pipe wrench on who is right, Dave approaches every job with the unshakeable belief that there is a correct way to do things- and he already knows it. Or it has to be his way!

He’s climbed the entire ladder of the trade: Apprentice, Journyman, Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Project Manager. At this point, the only thing he hasn’t done is retire, and that’s most likely because he actually loves what he does. His dedication to the craft borders on legendary; he doesn’t just love what he does, he fully commits to it, to the point where he gives his personal tools baths and puts them to bed in his toolbox.

Dave is a master problem-solver. He doesn’t just point out what is broken- he brings solutions that consider cost, time and the universal truth that nothing ever goes the way the blueprint says it will. Give him a challenge and he’ll hand you a plan. Give him a bigger challenge and he’ll hand you a better plan…..with a look that says, “I told you this would happen.”

Known for being thorough…..painstakingly, relentlessly, occasionally maddeningly thorough- he’s the guy you want on a project if you enjoy things being done right the first time.

And while he is proud of his work, Dave is a big conspiracy theory guy, not the dangerous kind more of the “you can’t tell me they are not listening and things are rigged.” Fully convinced that the government is listening in at all times. To be fair, after 26 years of construction meetings, someone is.

David Hoffer

Project Manager

David Hoffer

Project Manager

At Titan Mechanical, David Hoffer keeps projects moving with the precision of a master mechanic and the patience of a man waiting for a fish to bite. As Project Manager, he balances deadlines, budgets, and personalities with ease—though he swears it’s just like trap shooting: keep your eye on the target and don’t flinch.

David’s talents extend far beyond the office. A decorated trap shooting champion, he’s so accurate that clay pigeons have started lobbying for retirement benefits. On the golf course, he’s equally impressive—driving balls with the force of a titan and turning every putt into a broadcast worthy of prime time.

And then there’s fishing. David approaches the water with the same calm determination he brings to project meetings. He claims fishing is “just project management with worms,” and judging by the size of his catches, he might be right.
But above all, David is a devoted family man. Whether it’s cheering at his kids’ games, grilling on weekends, or fixing bikes in the driveway, he brings the same humor and dedication to his home life that he does to Titan Mechanical.
From bolts to birdies, bass to bedtime stories, David Hoffer proves that success is best built with skill, laughter, and family at the center.

Trent Soto

Estimator

Trent Soto

Estimator

By day, Trenton crunches numbers as an estimator for a Titan Mechanical Inc — and has been doing it with precision (and just the right amount of sarcasm) for three years. He estimates mechanical projects with laser focus, but don’t ask him to estimate the Michigan Wolverines chances — he’ll say ‘National Champs’ every time. Around the office, he’s famous for turning complex bids into simple solutions, though rumor has it his first estimating tool was a dartboard (thankfully, he’s upgraded since then). When he’s not wrangling spreadsheets, you’ll find him in the woods chasing whitetail deer, glued to Wolverines football, or proudly reminding everyone that he once beat Shawn at the company wrestling match — a victory that lives on in Titan Mechanical Inc. history.

As a Project Manager for the past 11 years, Brian combines technical know-how with strategic oversight to deliver projects on time, on budget, and above expectations. He’s known for his hands-on experience, strategic oversight, and meddlesome micromanagement. His leadership philosophy is simple: “Build with integrity, lead with purpose.”

Brian was born wearing a welding helmet with a baseball glove in hand. Outside of work, Brian is a proud father of five and a former high school baseball and softball coach—bringing the same teamwork and dedication to the field as he does to the job site. “He’s #3 on the field, but #1 in our hearts” Trent Soto

“Managing projects so well, even Murphy’s Law needs a permit.”

Fun fact: Trey once embraced a timeless look inspired by Jesus on Halloween, reminding us that leadership isn’t just about technical skill—it’s about humility, service, and guiding others toward success.
